Shipping policy

 Shipping

We ship within Switzerland and internationally. Every order is carefully packaged before it leaves us.

• Switzerland — Swiss Post A-Post with signature confirmation, CHF 8.90
• International — DHL insured shipping, rates calculated at checkout based on your location

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 (Zurich time) are processed the same business day. During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer — we will always notify you by email if anything requires attention or causes a delay.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are 1–2 business days within Switzerland and 3–10 business days for international destinations. Please note that delivery times may extend during peak holiday seasons or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this at any time to follow your package online.
