Refund policy

Returns

As a curated pre-owned store, all sales are final. We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Any request for a return must be made within 14 days of delivery — outside of this window, no claims can be considered.

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us on Instagram as soon as possible, once a shipping notification has been sent, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and find the right solution for you.

Exchanges

We are happy to assist with exchanges where possible. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@zeitlosvintage.com or via Instagram with your order number and reason for the exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and inform you of any additional costs if applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and reflect the amount.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and any personalised or custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
